I always enjoy Amsterdam. It’s a wonderful walking city. And that’s just what we did! We walked for about 5 hours taking in the street market, the flower market and of course just about every canal in the city! It was the first really sunny day in a while so we used it to full advantage. Time is short so here are some photos. Perhaps they will bring back a few memories if you’ve been here before.
The bridges and old houses are really eye catching.
Now we are heading out for dinner with Imka and the kids. Should be fun! Then back to our hotel to pack for an early morning. Drive to the airport then a Ryan Air flight to Dublin. Then WestJet to Calgary and onwards home from there.
It’s been a great trip with a very wide range of experiences. Just what we like to see when we look back on a travel!
